Join the Halcrow Pensioners Association, which was formed soon after the takeover to fight for our rights. The HPA has now 500 members, but the HPS Trustees have repeatedly refused to notify you of our existence.

PAG SUBMISSION TO WORK AND PENSIONS SELECT COMMITTEE
On the 12th anniversary of the introduction of the Financial Assistance Scheme, PAG sent this submission to the Work and Pensions Select Committee at the House of Commons, which lays out why the FAS is still not providing full and fair recompense to those who lost their pensions and proposes seven concrete steps which the Government could take to improve confidence in pension saving.

REVISED PAG GUIDE TO OVERPAYMENTS

PAG MEETING WITH FAS ON OVERPAYMENTS
Representatives from the Pensions Action Group met with the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) management team last week to seek an end to draconian and unfair repayment demands being made to many of those already in receipt of their FAS awards. This press release reports on what happened.
